Excavator hydraulic cylinder repair

We know that time matters in companies and you need your parts quickly, so if we don’t have your cylinder in stock we offer a repair service for your damaged cylinder.  

Your cylinder will be resealed, reconditioned or fully rebuilt on our cylinder bench.
Quickly, a new rod will be built or re-chromed and cylinder’s tube can be honed or rebuilt.  

We ship internationally and can provide competitive freight rates.

Hydraulic cylinder bench

Our hydraulic cylinder bench allows us to reseal quickly and efficiently. The bench is used in every operations: to remove the fluids, get the rod out, to untight the locknut, hone the tube etc. We install new seal kit and then, the cylinder is reassembled and sent to the paint shop.
